Your Purchase Code is a unique identifier that verifies your legitimate purchase of Digishift on ThemeForest. Activation is mandatory to unlock the theme’s full functionality, including:

• One-Click Demo Import: Ability to import any pre-built demo site.
• Theme Updates: Receive notifications and update directly from your WordPress dashboard.
• Premium Features: Access to all premium plugins, slider functionality and other core features.

How to Find Your Purchase Code #

Your purchase code is provided by ThemeForest (Envato). You can find it by:

1. Logging into your ThemeForest account.
2. Navigate to your Downloads page.
3. Locating the Digishift purchase and clicking the “License Certificate & Purchase Code” link. Your code will be listed there.

How to Activate Purchase Code on Your Theme #

To activate Digishift, please follow these steps:

1. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Digishift Studio → License Verification.
2. In the “Enter Your Purchase Code” field, carefully paste the unique code from ThemeForest.
3. Click the “Verify License” or “Activate” button.
4. Upon successful validation, you will see a confirmation message, and all theme features will be unlocked.

Troubleshooting Activation Issues #

If your purchase code is not being accepted, please try the following:

• Check for Spaces: Ensure you haven’t accidentally copied any extra spaces before or after the code.
• Server Connectivity: Ensure your web server allows outgoing connections to Envato’s API.
• Firewall/Security Plugins: Temporarily disable security plugins (like Wordfence) or server-side firewalls that might block the verification request. You can reactivate them once the theme is verified.
• One License, One Domain: Remember that one purchase code is valid for one end product (domain). If you are moving the theme to a new domain, you may need to deactivate it from the old one first.

Important Note: Purchase codes are managed solely by Envato. The Digishift support team cannot generate or recover codes for you. If your code is lost or showing as invalid on Envato’s end, please contact ThemeForest Support directly.
